Keyboard Shortcuts

Printsite Studio provides keyboard shortcuts to speed up your workflow in the project editor.

Editor Shortcuts

Shortcut	Action
G	Switch to Translation mode (move the selected object)
R	Switch to Rotation mode (rotate the selected object)
C	Toggle the camera between Perspective and Orthographic projection
M	Add a machine
Ctrl + I	Upload a file
Esc	Return to Selection mode, or cancel the action in progress

Tips

• Press Esc once to cancel the object or zone you are currently placing, and again to exit the current mode (such as forbidden zone or seam mode).
• The same shortcuts are shown in the tooltips throughout the editor, so you can discover them as you work.
